Age necessary to purchase items?
I know Wal-Mart has set minimum age requirements to purchase things like rubber cement, but what else? Does someone have a list of all items, and the age necessary?
Well I'm painting my bedroom, and I'm doing it by myself, and I have to take down wallpaper and my dad said for the extra glue and stuff to use a razor blade, but we don't keep them at the house. and i didn't know if

If you are taking down wallpaper then score the paper with the edge of a putty knife. Put lots of old towels on the floor and soak the wallpaper with hot vineger water. This will break down the glue and use the putty knife to remove as much as doesn't come off by tearing off with your hands.
You may want to wear rubber gloves. Once the paper is off the wall you will need to clean off all the remaining glue with a soapy cloth. Clean off the soap with a clear water rinse using a cloth or a sponge. Once you have removed the paper and the glue and the wall is dry you can paint the walls or do whatever you have planned.
If you paint or even put up a different kind of wallpaper be sure and prime the wall first.
All of these things are available to you. You should have putty knives at home (the wide bladed kind are best for this kind of work) and you should have vinegar and soap

What are you purchasing besides rubber cement? A lot of items must be purchased by "ID". Normally cigarettes, alcohol and certain other items. Some items that are used in manufacture of certain illegal drugs, you must sign for, and ID is required.

it's a law in the U.S that kids can't purchase alcohol/tobacco but I wouldn't see how they can refuse minors anything else
