What percentage of people on welfare also enjoy cable or sattelite television?

there really ought to be laws against this sort of lavish living whilst collecting cash from the rest of us.

Update:

i think we could lick the obesity problem with the poor if we could get them to stop watching cable television. get them up and moving about..

    I hardly call that lavish living.

    What about disabled people that receive welfare- or the elderly?

    My grandma only has basic cable- does she count?

    LOL- the thumbs down- I guess my arthritic, diabetic, Stroke-survivor, little ol' grandma w/ a walker has quality of life comparable to Paris Hilton, now!

    I back you up on this, mainly because they shouldnt be rewarded for being on welfare.
