Why do American leftists complain so much?

I consider myself on the left and I'm not on welfare nor do I get food stamps and never have. I have cable tv for which I pay for. And I don't have a double chin on any place you mention. As a matter of fact I got a college degree for which my family payed for. Stop stereotyping people. The left doesn't complain anymore than the right. And no one complains more than you. And we know you "ain't " left. But there are a lot of people on here who would be glad to be able to stay that you had left. (Y/A, that is).

There is still a lot more of the world to "fix". For instance the Laws of Nature must still be amended. The strong survive and the weak perish and this is pattently unfair to the weak. Worse than that there are a bunch of rightist who have the nerve to think that this is the way things should be. When the government finally gains a consciousness we can have these righties put into theme park education centers where they will learn the follies of their ways. Only when we get total compliance and have everyone goosestepping in one environmentally safe and vegan lockstep can we even think about the other problems!

Then there is that nasty Law of Nature that everything that lives--dies. What is up with that? Then there might nothing in the afterlife or worse, a moralistic superbeing that wants to punish you. Can you imagine the impertenance? We need to destroy all of these superbeings and we need to be immortal.

I consider myself to be an independent, but I feel that the leftists complain so much because they want more power. Sure, a lot of them are rich socialists, but they want more. That is why they try so hard to make sure everything goes there way. I am from Connecticut. It seems like every law that would help the people in this state gets voted down because it will take away from the politicians. For example, they will not lower the gas taxes instead they are raising them more. As you could probably see that the leftists would always shoot down any idea that a righty created because a righty created it. They want to control everything and they do not care who they are hurting in the process.

They complain because the right is over-represented. The right emphasizes capitalism and wealth accumulation rather than quality of life for the mainstream populace.

I agree, the government should get out of the business of giving people things for free and telling them how to live their lives.

I blame Christianity for all of it. Conservatives wanting to legislate morality - for Jesus. Liberalism taking its birth from the social gospel movement - the most old school version of "What would Jesus do".
