Can you legally be licensed in two states if one state suspended the licenses ?

    No. Your license is suspended...in every state.

    No, because you can't be a legal resident of two states, and you can only have a license in the state you are a resident of. Also, it your license is suspended in one state, it is suspended in all states because all states recognize the laws of all the other states.

    The only exception to this is Florida, which will issue a "only good in Florida" license to people who spend winters there. But again, if you lose your WI license due to suspension, your "only good is Florida" license will also be suspended.

    No way, each state uses the " NCIC " computer base system,this tells the new state that your license in California is suspended due to "DUI". as example.

    I have tried this out and there's no way around it !

    And as far as 2 driver licenses in 2 different states, only Texas use to allow ownership of 2 states; I'm not sure if this is still a going law.

    So to avoid getting one nerve shaking experience, wait till your suspension is up.

    No. If suspended in one state, it's suspended in all states.

    no you cant,once their gone in one state all states have the same rules ,you cant hold a valid drivers license in another state,good luck with it.
