name the "true" unofficial state motto of florida. Think hard it's probobally not the one you're thinking of.

It's probobally not something anyone who hasn't lived there knows, It's also probobally considered more of a saying then a motto. No one's even warm so I've extended the question.

The nickname of Florida is 'Sunshine State. It's motto is 'In God We Trust'.
It's unofficial motto is 'The Gunshine State'. It came about as a slip of the tongue, otherwise known as a Spoonerism.
