Is a reservation required for a family reunion of 150 people at El Dorado Park in Long Beach, Ca?
Does anybody know if we have to reserve space for 150 people for a family reunion at El Dorado Park? We were thinking of going early in the morning to grab a spot for our big family but don't know if that would be allowed considering there will be about 150 at our reunion.
I called the park but can't seem to get through a live person.

I 've done it without contacting the park. All I did was get there when the park opened and reserve an area for all of my guest. Over 200 people came.

Yes, you do need to make a reservation. If you can't get ahold of a live person try going to the actual park and speaking to somebody at the gate or in the nature center.
El Dorado Park gets really crowded so you do need to call in advance.
Click on the link below. It has the rental prices for the parks in Long beach and another number to call. There is also a form you need to fill out and there is also a link to that on the page I gave you.

Call the Parks and Recreation department of Long Beach and ask them if you need to reserve one of the many sites they have for use. They have a variety of sites on three sections of parkland with lakes and even a power plane site.
So come and enjoy our Beautiful parks and remember to tell everyone to pitch their trash in the cans where it belongs. Thanks for picking
