22 mpg (hwy) in a pickup?

I have a 1998 dodge ram 1500 w/ a 5.2L magnum V8 engine and I got 22 mpg on the highway! Has anyone else increased the mpg of their vehicle? If so, how did you do so?

    if u get 22 mpg on your 318 that is dam good

    to increase gas mileage i would change your differential or/and increase your back wheel radius
