Where can I get or make a countdown clock?

I want one down to the second if possible

    For the web or for something else? Radio Shack has digital countdown clocks. For the web, just search for java script clock codes. they are all over the place.

    In javascript? There is a submit button which is disabled for five seconds and then it becomes enabled. While it's disabled, you'll see the number of remaining secs on the button. Here is the script:
