Is it in the north or south Cyprus.? If in the south,you could approach the developer first and see iff he will buy it back.If no,then I know several Real estate agents but they charge 5% + vat in Cyprus. When you have no title deeds,you will have to pay the developer to change the contract etc and they write their own rules and prices for this! Where is it by the way?
