Did you guys see the news article on the segual that steals bag of chips every day from convienient store? What do you think should be the punishment for him LOL???

P.S I watched the video and thought it was the cutest thing and funniest thing ever!!

    The shop owners and regular shoppers don't seem to have a problem with him so I think he should get away with it. Being a sea bird with a cheese doodle addiction is enough punishment.
