Anyone know what MLBer is credited with starting the high five?

First one with correct answer, including both participants, gets the points (woo...hoo).

May have to give a hint or two if this drags on.

Update:

Agent 86 is correct, but keep those other answers coming in, particularly those of hockey or minor-league origins, as they may pre-date Burke (Baker was the recipient).

I believe it was Minkus O'Flannerty, of Montreal Canadiens fame, who shared the first "high-five" with Dan Patrick of the Columbus Cristophers in 1904. Rumored to be accidental, the "High-Five Heard 'Round The World" sent shockwaves through the sporting community. Life as we know it has never been the same.

It was the 1980 Louisville Cardinals NCAA championship team. (Sorry, I am a huge Cards fan. I couldnt let a MLB player get credit).
