Hmm. Get to a doctor. That's very unusual! My friend lost four pounds in four days. Needless to say she wasn't eating properly! If you are eating properly then you may have a thyroid problem. It's pretty common. As I said before, get checked! - Bry

That is not healthy at all. Most fitness trainers and doctors recommend one to two pounds a week. If you have lost this much, something is wrong. If you are going to attempt it, don't.

no junk food and no greasy food. if your really determined then eat veggies, a lot of them! and drink a lot of water. excercise everyday--jog for no longer than and hour.
