Hello
As of now you should be able to call and send text. If you want to access the net or anything else that is web related, you will have to change the phones web settings from Vodaphone to o2. To do this, go to
http://www.o2.co.uk/services/ota4/select
Have the o2 settings text directly to your phone. If your phone does not except the settings being changed by text, then you would have to manually enter the o2 settings. All instructions can be found at the link above.

If your cell phone plan has internet data capability and you pay for it, then yes.
