IT Return form to be used?
Thanks to Mr.Balasubramanian and Mr.K.Naveen.
Derevatives transactions is brought under Business Income. I find from the web site that Form No.2 is meant for individuals and HUF not having income from Business or Profession.
Please enlighten me in the light of the above, whether to use form no.2 or form no.4 and the time limit for filing the return.

ITR - 4 is to be used for the individual having business income...
so for the purpose stated in your question u can make use of form ITR 4.
