Not ever going to happen hun lol. Becoming a successful musician is 70% based on luck and 30% on skill. Honestly you sound more like you just want to be famous then actually make music. That's a big problem...

start singing at anyplace in the area that has a open mic night.
You can also sing at your church. Join a music group/band. If your good the music talent scouts will find you.
Its not going to happen overnight......
