Sims 2 University question?!?

How do I move a college to a neighborhood? Like, I made a neighborhood and I want the University to be there, coz I made a lot of students and a lot of events have happened, and I want to keep playing it.

Update:

I clicked that, on my new neighborhood, but the students/houses weren't there.
