I've had this strange dream off and on for many years. What does it mean?

Well, maybe it's a metaphor. Is there something in your life that has lingered and kept you from being completely satisfied with things? Is there something or someone in your life whose presence seems to choke the life out of you? What in your life is keeping you from being fulfilled? I guess it's a metaphor dream.

sometimes when we dream, we include our surrounding in our dreams... like for example if there is a cooking show on tv and you happen to fall asleep, our minds are still at work so we are hearing the tv and instread we are Interoperating it into a dream... so you would have a dream about you cooking something or someone you know cooking something... anything to do with food basically .... i think when you sleep then you are not comfortable... buy a really comfy pillow and try to keep your neck comfortable because i think you keep your neck at a harsh angle so you can hardly breath and you can't swallow properly and it is being Interoperated into a dream
