I know man can't change the climate, but could we stop emptying our ashtrays on our roads?

yes we can! we can rid the world of ashes...get it...?

I'm not sure how or why race or politics are part of this, but I believe the lazy liberals, can make a difference by NOT discarding their trash on my street and lawn.

How about a deposit on all cigarette filters? Just think about it. Homeless people could pick up butts and make enough for another bottle of wine. Enterprising inner city kids could make a living off this and learn a work ethic at the same time. The possibilities are endless. And we would have a cleaner environment to boot. Lets get it done. Do you think the liberals or the conservatives would be most in favor of this idea?

Cigarette smoking is an ugly habit and some folks share it by giving up their second hand smoke (you never see them with all the windows rolled up, do you?) and with butts flicked roadside. Roadside littering is usually carelessness and deposits to offset potential open container tickets.

We can change the climate, already have, and, God willing, we can begin to change it again. For the better, this time.

I'm a smoker but I hate it when you pull up at a stop sign and you see where someone emptied their ashtray they could have emptied it in a trashcan from wherever they had left or stop at a store and do it that's very disrespectful against mother nature

Don't you especially love it when the car in front of you decides to throw out the butt and it hits your car? I know it won't hurt my car but I still feel like it's very disrespectful. Would you walk past my car and throw your butt on it? It's the same thing, right?

I don't empty ashtrays on the road. And you hate period. And you really do need to chill. I bet your blood pressure is through the roof.

there are two laws you should know about: 1) littering, and 2) citizens arrest. If you have a cell phone and see them littering then turn them in, there's a hotline for things like that.

I live in the country and it's a problem here..I wish that people would have a small trash bag in their car and dispose of their trash elsewhere

If the government wasn`t so dependent on Taxes from alcohol and cigarettes ,they could ban it .

They get to many kickbacks from both industries .
