I've never heard of a strobe light. Are you talking about the blueish light that is used for teeth whitening? If so, yes it works. My sister had it done and her teeth look so nice. She was a smoker. When she quit, that was her reward for herself. I plan on having it done my self.

the best to get guaranteed results is to get them professionally whitened. Over the counter method can legally only usually minimal amounts of whitening agents. you'll get better results from a dental office.
And the strobe light method is no more effective than using say crest whitestrips

Only a dentist can whitens your teeth. There's a new one in the market, your dentist can perform it in the clinic, or he/she will take impressions of your teeth and make you a bleaching tray and give you this whitening gel and you can do it at home. The disadvantage of this method, it makes your teeth sensitive for 1 or 2 days, but I assure you,it really works, it worked on me. Just ask your trusted Dental provider.

peroxide. You can get it for about $1 a bottle and it is the ingredient in a lot of tooth whiteners.
