2 - ESPN NFL Fantasy Teams - Looking for GOOD Feedback?

I am looking for constructive critiques on the following 2 teams. Both are in ESPN leagues, 10 team H2H, and I had the 5th pick in both (lucky me):

Team A -

QB - Carson Palmer

RB - Joseph Addai & Willis McGahee

RB/WR - Brandon Jacobs

WR - Hines Ward & Terry Glenn

TE - Jeremy Shockey

D/ST - Bears

K - Jason Elam

Bench - Fred Taylor, Jerricho Cotchery, Mike Furrey, Anthony Gonzalez, Alge Crumpler, Alex Smith, Cowboys D/ST

Team B -

QB - Marc Bulger

RB - Joseph Addai & Reggie Bush

RB/WR - DeAngelo Williams

WR - Chad Johnson & Lee Evans

TE - Vernon Davis

D/ST - Bears

K - Jason Elam

Bench - Tony Romo, LenDale White, Brandon Jackson, Donte Stallworth, Kevin Curtis, Greg Olsen, Seahawks D/ST

Please do not give me the old "Get T.O." or "Trade (bench player X & Y) for (Insert pro bowl caliber player name here) kind of answer. Ain't gonna happen. The person who puts a little thought into it and makes sense get the points. Thanks for the help - appreciate it!!

Well, obviously both teams are constructed similarly. Each has a top QB, Addai on both teams, both have TEs with upside, same defense and kicker. I really like that you placed a premium on RBs who catch a lot of passes. That's like getting an extra WR in the deal.

I like the WRs on Team B much better. You have youth, and both are true #1 WRs. Glenn is a #2, and Ward is getting long in the tooth.

You have a lot better depth on Team B. Romo's a great backup. Brandon Jackson could be a starter, and your flex guy. Stallworth will be a serviceable fill-in.

The only things I don't like about Team B are LenDale "Buffet Table" White, and hoping that DeAngelo Williams gets enough carries, or starts for Carolina. He's fragile too. I love DeAngelo's game, but he's a risky starter. Jackson might be your guy, if he can overtake Morency.

Team A is still a very decent team, but is weaker at WR across the board. Mike Furrey will likely be a #3 WR at best, if Calvin Johnson does anything. I'm not sure I'm a believer in Cotchery, especially as a red-zone threat. He's more of a possession receiver. I generally don't mess with rookie wideouts not named Moss.

Brandon Jacobs worries me. I doubt very seriously whether he can carry the load. He's an injury waiting to happen with his running style. I could see Reuben Droughns taking a lot of his cheese this season.

So, what would I do for these teams? Nothing. You've drafted well. Start the season as is. I wouldn't make any dramatic changes.

I would keep an eye on the Corey Dillon situation. He's bound to end up on a roster, perhaps for a team that loses a player in the preseason. He might be a worthy waiver-wire flyer.

    Two good teams. Well done.
