Can you tell please what's the meaning of this sentence and in which language is it writen. Who knows how many people here understand this language.

"Mozete prosim povedat aky je vyznam tejto vety a v akom jazyku je napisana. Ktovie kolko je tu ludi ktori hovoria tymto jazykom."

Update:

Thanks to all of you. Most of your answers were good and I hesitate which one to choose as the best. Well, 10 points goes to RussianCatSima but others would deserve it too. wize woman’s & Alina M’s translations are also perfect. Hi ♥Em yêu anh Hao♥ you correctly recognized the http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Slovak_language as a possible candidate. Zda sa, ivi, ze si bola nielen prva ale aj jedina :-) zrejme nas tu vela nie je. (‘It seems, ivi, you were the only native speaker who read this question.’) Best wishes to everybody.

''Could you , please, tell me what language it is written? I wonder if there are some people here , who can speak this language.'' ( The translation is correct.)

It is written in poor Belorussian or Ukrainian.
