    Grams and kilograms are units of mass. Pounds are units of force. The correct answer is C because density is mass divided by volume.

    Unit of density is ratio of (any) unit of mass to (any) unit of volume hence all A, B and C are units of density. It is another thing that C pounds/liter is not in common use.

    Hmm, this looks like a trick question...

    Density = mass/volume. All the choices have some measurement of weight (mass) over volume.

    If you rule out A, then you have to rule out B as well...and vice-versa

    If you rule out C, then you also have to rule out D... and vice-versa.

    All of these ratios can be converted into g/cm3 -- I don't see a choice that is not a unit of density.

    Density is Mass/Volume...

    All are Density units. (Lbs/L is unusual but valid).

    (Will K, With me being a Brit. the pound (lb) is a unit of mass).
