Yes...i don't see how alcohol is legal here and weed isn't. Alcohol is much more impairing than marijuana. how many deaths have been caused by alcohol? I don't know but it's a lot and marijuana has never been the cause of a recorded death. Also, lung cancer is an issue but isn't it our choice whether or not we want lung cancer? The fact that researchers can't do any meaningful research on this plant has been a real set back to medical breakthroughs in this country.

I think that if the RIGHT education was provided, we could trust people to make the right decisions. But hey, I also think LSD should be legal, so don't listen to me...

Yes, it would help with the prison situations and if it's legal research could be continued on all the ways we can use cannabis for everyday living.

I would vote for marijuana smoking "bars/pubs" so then it's not done publicly (people can do bad things when they're high) but in a controlled environment with lots of trippy posters in the wall and a couple of friends and good food for the munchies, I think it would be a good idea.

Definatly legalize! Im a nurse and I have done A LOT of research on medicinal use of marijuana and found nothing that harmful about it. Its about as harmful as smoking a cigarette. Cancer patients would definatly benefit from it!
