is any one besides me afraid to answer question any more?

have you ever heard the term...when some one ask you for your opion what they are really asking is for you to agree with them. well that seems to be what y/a as become. any more im afraid to answer any questions. 2 weeks ago i got suspended (was reinstated with in few hours.. but still)this week i got two violation notices for affending some one(the same person twice) when i told him that i disagreeing with him.he seen nothing wrong with shitting (pooping)and putting it in some ones food and in another person car. i on the other hand thought he might want to think about get on some meds.mine was one of the nicer answers and i got violation notice for affending him. y/a should of never allowed his question to be posted based on there own policy guidelines yet i was the one that got the violation. how does some of these questions get pass y/a in the first place .....
