how do i go from one city to another without increasing my wanted level me in GTA san andreas?

ya even i once thought like and tried to go there without completing required mission

so i tried jetpack but as i went they started firing on me

then i tried the cheat that cleared the wanted level (asnaeb)

but i did not suceed

that means there is no way

u need to unlock the city before u can go by doing missions

or try never wanted level cheat

yes if u go on my cheats, super cheats, cheatcc theres some cheats u can find for some games also there are cheats for infinite health and wanted lvl never increase

ok there is a cheat & the cheat is of the jetpack by which u can fly &the cheat is yecgaa

yeah there is Never Wanted cheat

Xbox:b,right, b, right, left ,x ,y, up

PS2: circle, right, circle, right, left, box, trinagle, up

Wanted level never increases. Doesn't erase stars you already have.
