What State Do You Think Has The Grimiest People?

I would say California. We have the largest homeless population in the U.S.

Just an aside to Marcus S. Obviously you have no idea what you are talking about. I'd lay money that you have never been to Wisconsin. I love to see ignorant people talk like idiots. I'm not saying we don't have the grimiest people but your statement proves that you may be grimier than anyone I know in Wisconsin. I honestly think there are grimy people everywhere.

It has to be a small state as larger ones have diverse populations. Due to corruption and crime Rhode Island would be #1 with New Jersey second. Louisiana, a large state, isn't far behind.

New York State gets a bum rap. It's in my 5 favorites.

New Orleans. But, Katrina killed the welfare reciptants on our tax paying dollars. Which was left out of the press. For they wanted to show the loss of human life. Majority of those who recieved FEMA Checks were Div. 9 housing paying 90 a month, on welfare, and did not wnat to work. So 3 cheers to Katrina for non-working welfare reciptants.

I think CA or AZ. In my opinion though, Utah has the cleanest!

i would say wisconsin because its a state that is all about farming and stuff and trucking so there is a lot of hicks who like there cousins and gross stuff like that
