What do you think about yoga?

If you do it; what do you find most relaxing and soothing about yoga?

Do you do it at home, or at a studio in a class?

Would you consider yourself a healthy person when it comes to food?

    Yoga is a wonderful form of excersice which rejuvinates all the organs in your body and also helps to calm your mind. It also helps to provide a healthy long life.

    Yoga relaxes & soothes your mind. I always like the meditation part of it either lying down or sitting which helps to calm down the mind and brings in peace.

    I usually do it at home.

    Food, I wud consider myslef as 50% healthy as I am attracted towards junk foods but still try to resist it and eat once in a while. I mostly eat veg food with less oil & salt.

    I turned to yoga as I have heared it's benefits from lot's of magazines and also has it's origin from our country India.
