My Aunt (on my dads side) has passed away suddenly. Our family has been distant and not communicating for over 20 years. She's like a stranger to me but the people there will be Family that I really don't know. Would you go? I feel bad for my Dad but there's so much tension. Nobody cares about us! Do you go or not? HELP!!!

yes you should definitly go. family is family no matter how much who hates who. in the end you'll look like the better person for just being there to support them emotionally.
