La "Brinca, Brinca" is the name of a type of birthday party bouncy house in California. I think you've got the gist of it. Casita de brincar sounds good to me!

well "bouncy house fun" sounds kinda weird but "divertida casa de brincar" I think would be pretty close. You just forgot the fun part in your translation.
