Why do I keep getting Inner Ear Infections???

This is my 3rd since the end of May. I don't experience any pain, I'm just really dizzy. It's becoming rather annoying.

Ear infections are caused by getting water into the ear canal. You must have some habit that gets water in there. Try to pinpoint the detrimental behaviour and knock it off! =)

you are getting dizzy as you have fluid behind your eardrum. You need to take antihistamines, or get on some antibiotics. Question, are you swimming, taking baths or getting your head under water lots.? Also sounds silly but are drinking while you are laying down or mostly laying as fluid can get in your ears in all these ways . Also fluid can just be in there and if it doesn;t drain, it gets infected, try taking antihistamines, and if that doesntt work you need to see the physician and he may suggest that you need tubes in your ears to help drain the fluid. Everyone gets fluid in there ear and it normally drains but yours isn;t for some reason. All it needs to do is sit there long enough and it gets infected.

maybe you keep catching it from phones at work or from your pillow...change your pillow, get extra pillow-cases even if they don't match and change them more often than your sheets, and clean & disinfect your phone at work. Shared phones at work can get pretty nasty and never ever get cleaned by anyone for years
