My laptop doesn't seem to want to connect to my Panasonix X20 projector.?
I tried both sets of cables that came with the projector that look like they should connect to the external screen for a computer, but they don't work. How can I make it work?

Go through the following steps and see if it helps:
1. on the keyboard of the laptop, is there a picture of a monitor on any of the function keys (F1 - F0). if yes, then it will support external monitor. If no, then it does'nt support.
2. If yes, then connect the RGB cable between the graphic out of the laptop and the graphic in of the projector..press the "fn" key of the laptop along with this monitor button on the keyboard of the laptop. \
3. using the remote of the projector, change the source of the projector to show "PC" or "RGB"

what type of cables do you have? What outputs are on the laptop? What inputs are on the projector? Also many laptops have a button on the top right on the keyboard that you press to have the video signal outputted to another source. Check out the laptop manual, that will say which button that is.
