For those who have been out of highschool awhile, how much weight have you gained since graduation?

today I met up with some people I went to highschool with many years ago. I noticed that a lot of people have gained weight.

I was wondering what the average was. :)

I've only been out for 3 years and I haven't gained any yet. But I did see a couple of people about a year after graduation and they gained so much, I couldn't believe it

that is noted as Freshman Fifteen. i comprehend a great sort of human beings who circulate off to college who benefit lots a great sort of weight because of the fact of it. i don't even think of that is because of the fact of residing in the dorm because of the fact there are some that still stay at at domicile. in any case, you are able to not somewhat say something to her because of the fact she is an person. enable her make her very own judgements - while she's waiting to loose weight she would have the capacity to. I ate like that popping out of highschool - and had an identical reaction she did and that i've got gained lots weight. yet i found out i'm able to't save going like that because of the fact of my wellbeing. i'm 20. So i'm in basic terms somewhat of older than her. in case you raised her good, she'll comprehend. yet attempt to show it each so usually and not in a blunt impolite ( in-your-face-sort-of- way) in spite of the incontrovertible fact that.

I've put on quite a lot of weight since I graduated h.s. in 1979, but then I was too skinny in high school...about 100 lbs. I feel much better having some "meat" on my bones than being too skinny.
