You didn't say what kind you wanted so here are a couple I hope you can use

    Banana Drop Cookies

    1/4 cup rolled oats

    3 tablespoons all pupose flour

    1/4 teaspoon baking powder

    1/4 teaspoon baking soda

    1/2 banana, mashed

    1 tablespoon granulated sugar

    1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

    1/2 teaspoon banana extract

    Preheat oven to 375°F.

In a small bowl, combine oats, flour, baking powder and baking soda. Mix well. Add remaining ingredients and stir until blended. Drop mixture by rounded teaspoonfuls onto a baking sheet.

Bake 8 to 10 minutes, or until bottoms of cookies are lightly browned. Remove cookies to a wire rack to cool

    Brown Sugar Cookies

The basic cookie dough recipe is fairly simple. You mix together a cup of sugar and a cup of shortening. Add two eggs, a teaspoon of vanilla, and mix together. Set aside. Then take two cups of sifted flour, one teaspoon of baking powder, and a pinch of salt. Add this dry mixture to the eggs and shortening mixture gradually, stirring well after each addition. The batter will be very stiff. Then you can add chocolate chips, nuts, etc. Roll the dough into a ball and freeze. When you're ready to bake, defrost the dough, and put spoonfuls on the cookie sheet. Should make about two dozen cookies. Bake 12-15 minutes at 350 degree oven, cool and remove cookies.

    1 cup unsalted butter

    1 cup crunchy peanut butter

    1 cup white sugar

    1 cup packed brown sugar

    2 eggs

    2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

    1 teaspoon baking powder

    1/2 teaspoon salt

    1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda

Mix together butter, peanut butter and sugars until creamy. Beat in eggs.

In a separate bowl, sift together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Stir into batter. Put batter in refrigerator for 1 hour.

Roll into 1 inch balls and put on baking sheets. Flatten each ball with a fork, making a criss-cross pattern. Bake in a preheated 375 degrees F oven for about 10 minutes or until cookies begin to brown. Do not over-bake.

I have made these and they are very good.

Below is a website that I refer to often, It has recipes and reviews by people who have tried them at home so you know if they are good ones before you make it.

    Have fun!
