dont worry about only having 2 cyber dragons, in a monarch deck the whole idea is to maintain the feild, disallowing you from using cyber dragon anyway.

    peten = NO

petens effect doesnt work if you tibute him for a cost, it has to be the last thing to activate in the chain otherwise it misses it's timing.

heres what a monarch deck should look like:

    Monsters(23)

    3 Cyber Dragon

    3 Raiza the Storm Monarch

    3 Thestalos the Firestorm Monarch

    3 Card Trooper

    3 Cyber Phoenix

    Sangan

    Spirit Reaper

    Treeborn Frog

    2 Snipe Hunter

    2 Gravekeepers Spy

    Gravekeepers Guard

    Spells(11)

    3 Brain Control

    2 Machine Duplication

    Premature Burial

    Confiscation

    Heavy Storm

    Pot of Avarice

    Nobleman of Crossout

    Snatch Steal

    Traps(6)

    2 Trap Dustshoot

    Mirror Force

    Torrential Tribute

    Call of the Haunted

    Ring of Destruction

NOTE: this is a VERY expensive deck to make, good luck

If you have Hydrogedon you should have more shrink or rush recklessly in the main deck. Treeborn Frog would be good for the Monarchs as well. Helpoemer isnt that good in the metagame now. If I see that in a duel I am not going to battle it. Dont use magic jammer use magic drain. Royal Decree is good for a side deck as well.

  • WHEN I WAS IN THIRD GRADE THIS WAS THE IN THING so i still have my deck for when it gets old i can sell it for money. so i'd say take away soem monsters and Add magic u should about the same number of monsters as magic. monsters give u points but so do magic

stick to around 40 cards so you can get your best cards easier try to put in anouther exiled force take out snatch steal cause its illegal and also take out creature swap, fissure, magic jammer, pulling the rug, rush recklessly, and trap dustshoot try adding if you have them widespread ruin, cost down, and a premature burial then your deck will be great for a tournament.

Source(s): try ygo they tell all about cards and there effects

I think it's pretty good. If possible, get a Treeborn Frog for your monarchs. It will make it a whole lot easier to summon them.
