google is smart with conversions. Type in "x grams in oz" and it will give you the grams in ounces. "x litres in cups" will give you the liters in cups.

According to google, 10 grams = 0.352739619 ounces and 1 litre = 4.22675282 US cups

The problem is that "grams" is weight and "teaspoons" is volume. So, it may vary depending on how fine the powder is ground. For example, this page:

    http://www.thekratomking.com/kratom_conversion_tab...

shows Tablespoon to gram conversions ranging from 6.6 grams to 10.4 grams depending on the fineness of the powder.

The ounces in the measurement above is fractions of a pound, by the way, not liquid ounces.
