I assume all the software is legal; if you sold it to me on Ebay with illegal software installed I would report you to Microsoft, eBay, and the police.
You should uninstall the Vista Ultimate and Office 07 Enterprise and sell the software separately or keep it for your next computer. Then charge $150 - $200 for the computer with this software removed.
If you sold, Vista Ultimate and Office 07 Enterprise each separately you should get $300 for the software if they are not upgrades and legal versions.
If it was me, having Vista Ultimate and Office Enterprise, I would build a new computer with a Core 2 Duo E6600 or faster; 2 GB fast dual channel RAM, etc.

i'd keep it under 300 - a new dell inpirion goes for $350 so if you price it in the $200's (even $295) you'll get more interest and fewer people remembering dells ad for a 'new' $300 pc.
