Have you ever been "suspended"?

Yup...almost 10,000 points,months of answering,with admittedly,a trace of sarcasm....I'm thinking of writing nasty questions aimed at the monitoring team...Thus the $ in the name,in 'honor'of $mitty...your thoughts?

Update:

I have a good life,thank you...I play around with this 'cause my gf works evenings...keeps me entertained...and I wouldn't say i 'like' $mitty,but he is so outrageous I laugh at him sometimes...

    anyone who likes smitty its pretty easy to see why you got suspended.

    I have never been suspended from Yahoo answers because I am always polite and do not write nasty things. I also answer people's questions. I do not try to get easy points. Therefore the Yahoo Monitoring Team has no reason to suspend me :p

    I have been suspended for a month from school because I strangled my friend about 8 years ago (he survived with some severe scars)

    No I cant say that I have but I think the system definetley needs improvement. The points system is killing the quality of answers, when you report people for things that are actually important nothing happens, and it should be a rule that people who leave ridiculous or offensive answers should also get suspended for getting easy points and not doing what they are supposed to as a community member.

    I got suspended once. I was only 35 points shy of Level 4 when it happened. I said some brutal remark about the Irish and the next moment, I was locked out. I finally surpassed the amount of points that I had back then.

    What is meant by "suspended"?

    Suspended is a temporary removal, but these clowns take it to mean "non-deletion banishment".

    And when you ask for restoration, you get some snarky reply that the account does not merit restoration

    I almost got suspended (school wise) for getting into a fist fight with a guy. . . .but i never got suspended in here

    I hope answering this question is not like self-incrementing. However Suspended?!?!?! suspended!?!?!? more like CANCELED.

    I went to a private Baptist school and was paddled and then sent home.

    Haven't forgotten that. Oh, you mean from yahoo answers? No.
