Error setting up Outlook?
Sending show complete. The error reads:
Task pop.sbcglobal.yahoo.com - Receiving reported error; Outlook is unable to connect to your incoming (POP3) e-mail server. Any suggestions?

Outlook can't talk to yahoo to recieve new mail.
From what I can find the server you are trying to hit
pop.sbcglobal.yahoo.com does exist.
nslookup pop.sbcglobal.yahoo.com
Non-authoritative answer:

i have seen this question couple times today
i followed a link that said they were down
another user posted these settings a while back
if they are correct i dont know
i would wait or call
