How can i get my Sims2 University to work again?
So ive had sims2 and sims university for a while now and it has never crashed on me before or gave me any problems, but now all of a sudden every time i put in the cd to play it loads until the bar is 3/4 the way done loading then it says "the system has crashed and will now terminate"
i dont know what to do! its been like this for almost 2weeks.

You have any custom content? Download the clean installer and get rid of anything that could mess up your game.
Otherwise, I'd say uninstall then re-install.
Just save your saved game files somewhere
But I would reccomend a fresh start

ok so you have lots of custom content, the more of it you have the slower your game will get because it has more to load and process and if your computer does not have enough hard drive space and plenty of ram then its going to crash/time out because it takes to long too load.
so there are some things you can try
uninstall then reinstall as people have suggested
or
remove some custom content that you dont use that often anymore
or
purchare another hard drive for your computer with more space on it and also if your computer is running less then 1gb of ram then I suggest you upgrade that also.
