It means 'to drive'. It could be "gyrru modur"..."to drive a car" or "gyrru rhywun i fyny'r wal".."to drive someone up the wall."
"Buaswn yn hoffi gyrru Ferrari". ..."I'd like to drive a Ferrari".
It could also mean 'to speed'..'to exceed the speed limit'.
