"Shut the F*** Up" and threw a bowl of salad at me when I was a kid? he did that once and Mom didn,t put up with that and somehow made Dad cry. I dunno how she made dad cry, though. She didn,t hit him though. She said a mean thing to him.
But the salad throwing part. Was that abuse?
My dad threw the salad and its bowl at me.

yes throwing salad bowls to hurt someone is abuse!
