What is the meaning of this? Detail are below?
I got an email from some guy name Romeo something but the way the email was worded was weird and I also found it weird that a guy would say that he is a "girl" in an email. I believe that it is a guy who sent me this email because when I check my email in the part that says "Sender" it says "Romeo" and some last name I forgot. Anyway the point is that I wanted to reply to it but I am a little sketical I believe this may be a comercial email dressed as some thing else may be its fishing I don't know but I not want to reply because I am afraid that if I do I might get a lot of spam in my box and I don't want that, also this person did not tell me there name at anytime during the email so that make me wonder what they really want? Below is how the email begin.

This is just spam or phishing email. Delete it and don't bother to answer it.

Don't bother responding,it is a phony e-mail,I get those all the time,I also get the one that says someone sent you a e card and you go to read it and it is a fake.DELETE IT!!and you will get a lot of spam because my husband responded to tell them to stop sending those e-mails and the next thing you know we started getting more,I think they have it set up that if you click on it you are giving them permission to send you spam.hope this helps!!!besides do you really want to respond to someone who can't spell, that makes it obvious that it is probably from some other country.
