I think it is wrong. I thought Josh Towers should of gotten suspended. I know already he throw at A-Rod on purpose. You could see it. Clemens on the other hand, I don't know because, I wasn't watching the game at the time. I don't know if he threw at Alex Rios on purpose. But why didn't throw Brian Tallet out of the game when he threw at a batter. He threw at a batter before Clemens. Why did Joe Torre get suspended too? He didn't do anything. Wow, I actually am on Torre's side. That's a first. Horrible suspention.

Major league baseball is not in the wrong by suspending Roger Clemens or Joe Torre because there have been several similar cases in the past and if this case didnt involve a yankees pitcher and their manager no one would even be talking about this at all,.
If Dave Trembley and Daniel Cabrera were the pitcher and manager in this situation this topic would never be discussed.

I have not got any difficulty by any ability with those video games being shown. those gamers have been a number of the terrific baseball gamers ever, and to disclaim their life or pretend they on no account performed is a disservice. Clemens and Bonds the two had hall of recognition careers without the steroids, and no person questions Rose's hall of recognition credentials if no longer for the playing. i do no longer think of Clemens or Bonds used steroids till later of their careers, so any of the video games shown on MLB have been probable pre-steroids besides. i rather delight in seeing those video games, despite in the event that they do make me a sprint unhappy with the "...if purely they hadn't carried out what they did..." difficulty.

Clemens threw at Alex Rios' back after his team (and him specifically) were warned that he would be ejected. The suspension really only affects one of his next starts, since Clemens probably won't be pitching 5 consecutive games.

So speak english, but anyway rockets only going to miss one start. He's not suspended for 5 of his starts because technically thats 25 games(depending on team days off and rain-outs). He was protecting his guy and the league knew this was coming, but its no big deal he is only gonna miss 1 start

well i think its worn i no that 5 games =1 start but he needs to star i don't want him to miss a start and roger did the right thing hitting Alex Rios to bad he hit Rios but he had to do because he was defending Alex Rodriguez plus the first pitcher in the series he tried to hit Alex in the leg and the next day towers hit in the leg and well once you it was coming but the second time that's to much there and i think the both teams need to move on

Yup yup I think its wrong they go after the best player from the Yankee's and hope they dont do anything. Roger was just trying to protect his guy look out for him. He may had done something wrong but the Jays only started it.

because 1st of all he deserves it..it was obviously a deliberate pitch thrown at a player. 2nd of all, he only misses 1 start anyway, which is a complete joke, move his start back a day, and he won't really have missed anything. that suspension is pathetic, should've been longer. plus, he just cost his team $2 million, seeing as how hes getting paid that much per start, and now hes suspended for one. HA

It should have been longer. Roger Clemens is a thug going back to the day he threw a chunk of bat at Mike Piazza.
A five game suspension barely costs him a start. He'll just spend one extra day back home with his family before flying back and starting the next day.

That is the standard suspension for a starting pitcher. It is the equivalent to a one game (one start) suspension.
