Konig Trouble 17" Rims with Nankang tires?

There are some for sale in my area... Anyone recommend them or had any experiences with them?

For the four tires and four rims, he's asking 600... He claims no dents or scratches. Good or bad?

Update:

BTW, if it isn't obvious, I know nothing about rims and tires...haha. They'd be going on my 2002 Oldsmobile Alero, which currently has alloy rims on it already. Worth the upgrade?
