why does can't i open the internet on my laptop?
I always have to wait at least 5 min before the page opens. My laptop (Toshiba) is very slow at opening webpages andmost of the times I have to switch users to go on the internet.
One more thing...it shuts down when it gets hot, i don't know why. I need help

Maybe you have a virus or spyware. If that isnt the case then you need a new laptop because that one seems to suck.

If your laptop is shutting down when it gets hot, then you most likely need to have the power supply and/or the fan replaced.
As for the slow loading of web pages, what are the specs of your laptop, such as processor speed and amount of memory. Both impact the performance of your machine. Do you notice slowness when you launch any applications as well?
