What exercise should I do while I lose weight?

I don't want to gain muscle weight along with my fat weight.

    Walking is a good exercise. You won't gain muscle but you will tone while you lose. Start out at a pace that is comfortable for you and increase it as your endurance builds. Do only what you can comfortably do don't push yourself to for walk a certain amount of time. It's ok to start out at 10 or 15 minutes until you build endurance. And walking is something you can do at lunchtime if you work.
