"Who Didn't cut the cheese?"?

A man is suing McDonalds for 10M because of a allergic reaction to a 1/4 pounder that had cheese melted on. Now if you were that damn allergic would'nt you check for yourself before you drove away? Who else thinks he has shopped for years at fast food joints just hoping someday someone would make him sick?

I guess if you are allergic to cheese or lactose intolerant it could be bad for you to eat cheese, but if so I'd be extra careful to always check my food from any restaurant! What gets me though is what makes this guy think his problem is worth $10 million? Maybe $10 and an apology at best!

Yeah i think he should have checked!!!

Also he prolly order it wrong and balming the MCD.

You have no clue how many people screw up on placing there order. One day i took a recorder to work i repeat all the orders to tape it and that day 20 percent of the people said the wrong thing and blame it on the worker.

i haven't always checked mine before driving away in the past when i was younger, but i do now. but i have always checked before taking the first bite. i only like mustard and onions on mine and i will pull over in the parking lot if i go drive-thru and check and salt and pepper before leaving the rest. and if inside i still check and salt and pepper before taking the first bite. so i say it is his fault and not mcdonalds.
