report the person as spam after you click ignore . . messenger will prompt if you want to report or not . . check the small box that says report as spam . . should take care of it, at least for that ID . . nothing can stop them from creating another ID and doing it again to you . . just spam them.

Maybe you did not properly ignore them. Try this:

    -Write their ID down.

-Click the 'Send an Instant message' on the Actions menu.

-Click the 'Other contact' tab and type in their ID.

-On the I.M. window, click the 'Contact options' on the Actions menu.

    -Click Ignore.

You will not receive any further messages from them because these will be blocked. But they may still buzz you, this cannot be avoided.

Delete the person'd ID from your mesenger list then click Ignore or add the person to your ignore list. to add the person

to your ignore list go to Messenger>Prefrences>ignore list> then add... the person would never be able to contact you and he would also se you as offine

attempt a suited click on that distinctive identity. on the record you will see Stealth Settings, you will have ability to opt for "seem completely offline" to in straight forward terms that individual or identity. in spite of in case you may or might "delete" them out of your record, they nonetheless have you ever on their record and you will't administration that, yet you may administration the way you seem to them on their record. in case you're consistently showing up "offline" they gets the message which you're actually not available. in case you prefer to kick it up a notch, you may verify in "invisible" to all human beings, it purely gives you time to make sure who's on line and you will then come to a determination who sees you. suitable needs :)

Next time they talk to you, tell them about how annoyed you are (politely!) and maybe, with a little pursuasion, ask them to delete you from their list! Best advice I can give you. Thanks for the points!
