Which Canadian stores carry natural unsweetened cocoa powder?
I really want to try natural, non-dutch processed cocoa powder but I've been having trouble finding it in stores, so which ones would carry it?

I would try a health food tore, or the Bulk Barn, I am a former chef, and to get a non-dutched process cocoa powder you would have to find an organic, if your in Southern Ontario, there are Whole Foods stores in Toronto and Oakville.
Even try ethnic markets that sell Germany, Polish or Ukrainian specialty foods, but a good natural based health food store is a btter choice, make a few phne calls to save running around for it, or there is a site in Vancouver that sells on line the Callebaut line. They have retail stores I will give you there link and check out the one nearest you.

As far as I know, "cocoa powder" is unsweetened (mine is made by Nestle Tollhouse, and just says 100% cocoa on the label and as ingredients). Cocoa powder is sometimes mixed with sugar, etc, though then sold as a powder for making instant "cocoa" or just chocolate milk, and that may be what you're thinking of.
