make a mixture of soy sauce , Dijon mustard & a lttle ground ginger,
Slather liberally on the tenderloins,
Bake at 400 either on a rack or resting on top of some celery stalk[ emergency rack] for about 45 minutes or until an internal temp of 155 is reached
Let rest 8-10 minutes
Serve w/ a green peppercorn sauce

when we cook pork tenderloin we cook it in a covered roast pan with a cup of applejuice. poke a few holes in the top of the meat with a knife and insert garlic cloves in the holes. sprinkle with pepper and cook at 325 degrees F for 2 hours . when done ,remove from oven, wrap in foil and turn upside down for 10 min. then slice and serve.

you can never go wrong w/ garlic , salt and pepper, put in the cooking bag and bake. I also would add some herbs... maybe oregano or rosemary?
